Mr A.F.Whittaker Community Development Officer contacted CKD regarding an extraction system in their canteen at RAF Wyton in May 07.

Adrians concern was that he had received several quotes from extraction companies and all the quotes went well beyond his budget. His other concern was that the companies did not carry out work at weekends and those that did, wanted to charge extortionate amounts to carry out the work over the weekend.

Adrian contacted CKD after seeing our website on Google. We arranged for a site survey, priced the works up and consequently were rewarded the contract.

The works were carried out on a Saturday well within budget, satisfying the customer with a quality extraction system, meeting their installation time and most of all ensuring they met their budget.

As a consequence we have priced up the installation for an extraction system at RAF Henlow and other sites in the RAF. We delivered a service to the RAF which have difficult requirements and have now proven ourselves as a supplier of choice.

The customer had a need which we were able to take away and remove the problem. Our achievement has been the flexibility of our servcie within the tight budgetary requirements of the RAF.
